By accessing or using the iCareNZ platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

iCareNZ provides a care management platform including rostering, compliance tracking, incident management, care planning, reporting, and related features as described on our website.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. iCareNZ claims no intellectual property rights over your data.

5. Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. We will notify you of planned maintenance at least 48 hours in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

iCareNZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
